2/2004:

Though its been a whole year since my last news update, I've been keeping very busy. I had some great shows this past year with "The Monster". Most memorable was a 17 degree outdoor gig at Giants Stadium for the Jets/Pats game!

My wife and I also had a baby boy on November 12, 2004. His name is Ethan James and he is a perfect baby! If you care to see a picture of him click HERE

I decided to actually join a new band (instead of just subbing). They are called MCNOTHING and are a Scranton/WB based band that rock. Great musicians with killer vocals. All this and their great guys too! Check us out on the web www.mcnothing.com

9/2002:

Four Minute Mile recently won a radio contest at WZZO 95.1. We got a $2000 prize and made some good contacts.

Also, the FMM disc is completed and can be purchased on our website www.four-minute-mile.com

I recently subbed with a cover band in NJ called The Monster. Thanks to STARS Management for hooking them up with me.

6/2002:

• Rehearsal with WZZO jock turn rock star Chris Line for his CD release party.

9/2001:
Subbing with the band Cinder, a rock band out of Philly. www.cinder.cc. I got shows at the Pontiac Grill and WYSP night at the Independance Brew Pub.

7 & 8/2001:
Posted an mp3 of the new 4 Minute Mile tune, "Gutless", on the Audio page and added some new Photos. 4MM is releasing a 4 song demo called "Life, After Falling Short of Superhero..."

Playing around the Lehigh Valley with "FOUR MINUTE MILE", an original modern-pop band I formed with Kyle and Ryan from Project 67 and John from Concentric Circles. We just recorded a 4 song demo which we plan to market to college and local radio.

• Aug 12: B-104 Concert Event @ Musikfest in Bethlehem (Kinderplatz Stage) - Steve Laret / Youngstown concert. I'll be backing Steve - a singer/songwriter. Youngstown is a male singing group in the vein of the Backstreet Boys.

Feb 12 : Mercury Lounge, NYC with Nick Douglas
Feb 11 & 25 : Studio Sessions at The Lab Studios.
Rehearsing original material with members of Project 67 (due out this spring - as yet un-named).

11/2000 :
• Pennsylvania and Virginia shows with both Douglas and the Seamrippers.

10/2000 :
• Eastern PA shows with Douglas

8/2000 :
• Subbing for SEAMRIPPERS
• Started teaching private lessons at The Guitar Villa (
www.guitar-villa.com) in Bethlehem.

7/2000 :
• Recorded a great new tune called
"I Feel Your Medicine" for the upcoming "Douglas" cd.
• Co-headlined open air festival (along with The Scorpions) in Germany with hard rock artist Doro Pesch.
